speaking of things i like, i tend to make my interests my entire personality. as a result, i draw them constantly and put the characters or people from them in the oddest of situations. i am funny, or at least i hope i am.

i’ve been drawing ever since i could pick up a pencil and my imagination’s been running wild since i was born. i draw traditionally and digitally, dabble in graphic design, sing, make songs, play my omnichord every so often, and dip my toes into video editing on rare occasions. i’m entirely self-taught (aside from internet tutorials and previous experience with some of these subjects in school electives). i’m constantly inspired to create by the world around me; i consider my greatest muses to be the music i listen to, the movies i watch, etc. etc.

when it comes to music, my taste is all over the place. i’m mostly into stuff from the 80s and 90s; new wave, alt rock and indie are my main jams. some of my favorite artists include oingo boingo, yes, hall and oates, green day, ian hunter, abba, pearl jam, the smiths, genesis... a very essentric mix, i know.

when it comes to movies, i have a lean twoards the older tim burton films... musicals and animated films are also favorite genres of mine. i like to repeatedly watch movies like the nightmare before christmas, edward scissorhands, gattaca, mr. holland's opus, anastasia (1997), forbidden zone, and ponyo.

i, admittedly, don't watch much tv these days. i grew up with and am still fond of adventure time and steven universe. i do enjoy a good anime here and there, like neon genesis evangelion.

i also don't game too much, though i've always loved the kirby series. on occasion i'll load up my project zomboid or minecraft saves, play for twenty minutes, then get bored and stop. sometimes i'll even dust off my nintendo switch and play some animal crossing or super smash bros.
